•  VISKASE Puerto Rico, Inc. (formerly Union Carbide Films Packaging, Inc.) in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico , a manufacturer of cellulose food casings. Assessment work requested by owner Viskase Corporation in anticipation of sale of plant property.

•  Caribbean Restaurants, Inc. 1991 sale transaction from Heinz to current owners. The Law Firm of McConnell Valdes representing the seller requested assessment proposal.

•  Converse Puerto Rico, Inc. (tennis shoes manufacturer) in Canóvanas , Puerto Rico sale transaction to Pitusa Retail Stores. Assessment proposal was requested by owner (seller) and agreed by the buyer and completed in year 1992.

•  Commonwealth Investment Corp ., owner of a private industrial park complex located in Carolina , Puerto Rico which consists of 12 parcels of land and 12 buildings operated by 12 different manufacturing companies was advised by its legal counsel, the Law Firm of Ledesma, Palou & Miranda to carry out a Phase I Assessment on its properties since some tenants were terminating their lease contracts, other were expanding their operations and some new tenants were occupying buildings with new processes or operations. Assessment was requested by owner and completed in 1992.

•  Hotel Conquistador (located in Fajardo, Puerto Rico ) year 1993 sale transaction for a 100-acre parcel of land adjacent to hotel. Assessment requested by legal counsel of prospect buyer, the law firm of Ledesma, Palou & Miranda.

•  Palmas del Mar Hotel and Resort including Candelero Hotel and Palmas Inn Hotel and several pump stations, a mechanical shop, a wastewater treatment plant and a school building . Client was considering several sale transactions and loans for financing of new developments. Corporate offices (Maxxam Corp.) via local legal counsel, McConnell Valdes requested a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the subject facilities in 1993.

•  Boricua Motors (Chrysler Motors) acquisition in 1993 from Emerito Estrada bankruptcy of a property located on 65 th Infantry Avenue in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. Lot was used as an automobile sale exhibit and parking lot with dealer sales offices and service/repair shops including motor pool and underground gasoline tank. Assessment proposal was requested by Chrysler Motors and completed by SHARETECH.

•  Land Authority Lotus Pineapple Juice Processing Plant with facilities in Barceloneta and Manati, Puerto Rico potential sale transaction in year 1994 which included 6 farms and two agricultural equipment mechanical shops, one warehouse and a pineapple packaging facility. The Government Development Bank as potential creditor to prospect buyer V. SUAREZ & COMPANY requested assessment. The law firm of McConnell Valdes, legal counsel for the credit institution, the Government Development Bank, contracted SHARETECH.

•  Ponce Candy Manufacturing, Inc . located in Ponce , Puerto Rico requested late in 1995 a loan for capital improvements to the Government Bank and the Bank requested the company to hire a competent environmental consultant to conduct a Phase I Assessment to decide on the loan request. The law firm of Ledesma, Palou & Miranda, requested assessment. Work completed on January 1996.

•  Esso Standard Oil Company lease contract termination with Puerto Rico Land Administration returning parcel of land occupied by a Bulk Gasoline Terminal, which operated during 20 years in the island of Vieques , east of Puerto Rico . Owners have requested Gasoline Terminal to be dismantled by Esso once the Environmental Assessment is completed. SHARETECH to complete the Environmental Assessment during summer 2000.

•  Caribbean Restaurants, Inc . 114 restaurants, office building and distribution center in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands in October 1996 as requested by the prospect buyer, American Securities Capital Partners, L.P., an investment group from New York . Contact was Mr. Jaime Santos, Esq. from the Law Firm of Pietrantoni, Méndez and Alvárez.

•  Caribbean Restaurants, Inc. 17 properties for restaurants built in Puerto Rico between 1997 and 1998 as requested by local management. Contact: Mr. Aniceto Solares at Caribbean Restaurants, Inc.

•  Youth Training Center (Correctional Facility). 8.80 acres lot located within the Aguirre Ward Municipality of Salinas. Contact Mr. Felipe Nazario from Felipe Nazario & Associates. Completed on April, 1997.

•  Former Pamcor, Inc . site in Las Piedras for Flexible Packaging Group , manufacturing building and fuel and water tanks and water wells. Contact Mr. Patricio Martínez Lorenzo, Esq. or Mr. Carlos Casellas at Flexible Packaging Group in Caguas . Completed on May 1998.

•  Former Carter P.D. at Rincón owned by the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company requested by prospect buyer Flexible Packaging Group, Inc . Contact Mr. Carlos Casellas at Flexible Packaging Group in Caguas . Completed on April 1999.

•  Caribbean Restaurants, Inc. 8 properties for restaurants built in Puerto Rico after 1998 as requested by the local management. Work requested on late February 1999 and completed on April 15, 1999 . Contact: Mr. Aniceto Solares at Caribbean Restaurants, Inc.

•  Youth Training Center (Correctional Facility). Update to 1997 Assessment of a 8.80 acres lot located within the Aguirre Ward Municipality of Salinas . Office or Administrative building and Cells building. Contact Mrs. Christine F. McLain, Property & Risk Management officer. Completed on August 1999.

•  Rovisan Realty Corp . two commercial parcels of Land located on No. 3 in the municipality of Carolina . Contact Mr. Jacobo Ortiz Murias, Esq. Completed on February 2000.

•  Hotel Pierre and Metropol Restaurant located in De Diego Avenue Santurce, in the municipality of San Juan . Contact Mr. Juan José Foratieri, Esq. Completed on May 2000.

•  Flexible Packaging Inc located in Guaraguao Ward in the municipality of Bayamón . Contact Mr. Ramón López, Vice President of Finance, Completed on June 2000.

•  San Lorenzo Industries (Former Paradise of Puerto Rico, Inc.) in the municipality of San Lorenzo . Assessment requested by Scotiabank. Completed on August 2000.

•  Air Master Awning requested the assessment for three facilities located in the municipality of Isabela . The facilities were Caribbean Aluminum Security Products, Awning Windows and Aluminios de Puerto Rico. Completed on September 21, 2000 .

•  Garaje Isla Verde located in the access road of the Baldorioty de Castro highway in the municipality of Carolina . Mr. Diego Chevere, accountant for Garaje Isla Verde, requested the assessment.

•  Pan American Terminal located on Isla Grande , adjacent to the Private Airport named Comandante Ribas Dominicci, in the municipality of San Juan . Ray Architects & Engineers requested the assessment. Completed on December 27, 2000 .

•  Flexible Packaging Inc located in Guaraguao Ward in the municipality of Bayamón . Contact Mr. Ramón López, Vice President of Finance, Completed on March 6, 2002 . This Phase I was a follow up of the ESA made in June 2000

•  Former West Pharmaceuticals, Inc. facility located on Road 188 Km 0.5, San Isidro Industrial Park , Km 10.3 in the municipality of Canóvanas , PR. The Phase I was completed in March 22, 2002

•  Mountain Union Telecom. Phase I for six Velocitel Antenna Towers facilities. The facilities were located at Maricao, Cabo Rojo, Adjuntas, Santa Isabel , Añasco and Peñuelas. The Phase I was completed in August, 2002

•  Hewlett Packard Building facility located on Road 110, San Antonio Ward, in the municipality of Aguadilla , PR. The Phase I was completed in August, 2002

•  Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company. facility located at State Road 3 Jobos Ward in the municipality of Guayama . The Phase I was completed in January, 2003.

•  JC Penney Distribution Center facility State Road PR-1, Km 21.1, in the La Muda Ward in the municipality of Guaynabo. The Phase I was completed in February, 2003.

•  Empresas Santana facility at Marginal Los Angeles in the municipality of Carolina . The Phase I was completed in June, 2003.

•  Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company facility located at Rafael Hernandez Airport in the municipality of Aguadilla . The Phase I was completed in June, 2003

•  Caribbean Restaurants, LLC, Burger King Restaurants of 35 stores built between 19999 and 2002. Phase I requested and completed in May 2004.
